1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register for and use the wino12 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling is prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling or had a wino12 account terminated for cause.

wino12 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated time frame may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

2 Account Use and Conduct

Each individual may hold only one registered account on wino12. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. wino12 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any wagers or withdrawals associated with them.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share your username, password, or any other account credentials with any third party. wino12 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws. Any suspicious activity detected by wino12's security systems may result in account suspension pending investigation.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

wino12 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment channels only. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). Visa and Mastercard may also be accepted subject to availability.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed to the source and may trigger an account security review. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your wino12 balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation via bKash or Nagad.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. wino12 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: typically within minutes, 24 hours a day.
• Bank transfer (all supported Bangladeshi banks): typically 1–3 hours during business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: processing times may vary; please contact support for current estimates.

wino12 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. wino12 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems or by network disruptions beyond wino12's reasonable control.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

wino12 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, or other incentives to registered players ("Promotional Offers"). All Promotional Offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of an individual Promotional Offer, the specific terms of the Promotional Offer shall take precedence for that offer only.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time window specified in the individual offer terms. Bonuses that have not been wagered within the stated period will expire automatically.
• wino12 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotional Offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only and may not be transferred to another account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, multi-account bonus farming, or deliberate exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on wino12 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. It is your responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing any bet.

wino12 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event or market had already been settled.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error or data feed fault ("palpable error").
• Evidence exists that the bet was placed in connection with fraudulent activity, collusion, or match-fixing.
• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to be completed in accordance with the applicable rules.

Casino games offered on the Platform — including live dealer tables, slot titles, crash games, and table games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. The outcome of all casino games is determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG). wino12 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by wino12's servers shall be considered the definitive record. If a technical fault occurs during game play and the result cannot be determined with certainty, the affected round or bet may be declared void and the stake returned.

6 Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

wino12 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. wino12 employs technical and procedural measures to prevent access by minors, including age-verification checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal.

Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling is adversely affecting your life.

Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the wino12 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of wino12 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of wino12. Unauthorised use of any wino12 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.

8 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wino12 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption or failure of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond wino12's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, and third-party service disruptions).
• Any errors in odds, game results, or market data caused by data feed failures or system errors, where wino12 has taken reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wino12 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and for any device or data security measures you employ.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, storage, and use of personal data submitted by you to wino12 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. wino12 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform's servers.

wino12 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

10 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to wino12's customer support team at support@wino12.app for attempted resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may escalate the matter through any dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law. wino12's decision on any matter relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account activity shall be final where it is based on complete and accurate server-side records.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Account Termination and Suspension

wino12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if wino12 reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct on the Platform.
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Used the Platform in a manner that could harm wino12's reputation or expose it to legal or regulatory risk.

Upon termination, any bonus funds or free bet credits in your account will be forfeited immediately. Any verified real-money balance remaining in a terminated account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any amounts owed to wino12, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@wino12.app. Requests for voluntary account closure will be processed within five business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the standard betting rules and any net winnings will be credited before the final balance is returned.

12 Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable individual bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and wino12 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. No failure or delay by wino12 in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right. A waiver by wino12 of any breach of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without wino12's prior written consent. wino12 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
